About Nick

I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, and counselling forms a part of both my career and identity. My own journey has involved coming to understand the human condition more, and it always excites me when I encounter someone with a desire to explore their own humanity and personal potential.

My studies started in 2008, and I became qualified in 2014. I have since become progressively interested in the fields of trauma and anxiety. So much is being discovered each year in these fields, making it a stimulating time to be a counsellor!

Outside of the counselling room, I spend a lot of time in the countryside, cycling, walking, diving, and exercising my creative interests including photography. As much as it can be very fruitful looking inwards and exploring the psyche and past, I’m a strong believer in getting stuck in and living life!
